Resources
To be honest, this page might just be for personal reference because my internet bookmarks are so cluttered at this point I'm afraid to unclutter them.
Anyways, this page is essentially just a big list of websites I find useful or I just think are interesting. Most of these are probably just graphics resources cause that's what I specialize in but there may be some others here and there that I just think are fun/cool.

General
Remember how on the About Site page I recommended downloading Visual Studio Code and GIMP if you're planning on making your own Neocities? What if I were to tell you that there's a website that can download and update those programs for you INCLUDING a ton of others all at once? Just check it out cause there's SO many useful free programs on there and I recommend that anyone interested in building a website check this page out first. Also reference the Adobe Alternative Programs chart because a lot of the programs listed there can be downloaded through Ninite.

Fairly self-explainatory. Just an article about pixel art color palettes and some example palettes.
ColourpodA Tumblr blog featuring color palettes. Palettes are usually tagged by color but it's not a guarantee. Honestly these days, I just use Adobe Color but if you want to avoid Adobe for whatever reason this is a fine substitute.
CoolorsRandom color palette generator.
ColourLoversAnother Colourpod/Adobe Color alternative.
PalettonA palette generator/builder. Can export palettes as CSS code.
LOSPEC PalettesAnother source for retro/pixel art orientated color palettes. Lots of nice search options.

PidgiWikiAnother good archive of Video Game art specifically for Nintendo games. There's a lot of old PMD:Sky images I remember from the original official website that are here and that makes me happy.
Spriter's ResourceYou know it, you love it. It's Spriter's Resource. Since it's pretty self-explanatory and very well-known, I won't get into the whole deal; just know that is one of the best Video Game sprite archives out there.
KH Insider Video Game MusicThe best place to download MP3 files of Video Game OSTs to my knowledge. Also includes some fanmade remix and rearrangement albums.
PMD Sprite RepositoryNow this one is a HUGE personal favorite of mine. For those who don't know, in the past few years there's been a major breakthrough in the Pokemon ROM Hacking scene with the release of Sky Temple, The PMD: Explorers of Sky ROM editor. Because of this, the PMD ROM Hacking community put together the PMD Sprite Repository, an incredible website featuring custom sprites made in the style of Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.

KH Stock (Tumblr)Another Great Resource for Kingdom Hearts Graphics.
The Wayfinder ProjectOne of the most ambitious KH projects I've seen. The Wayfinder Project website allows you search through KH's many MANY cutscenes through keywords, phrases, and a whole ton of other useful filters. The project was spearheaded by KH Video Essayist Regular Pat.
